The lady garden School Programme

A free, peer-led gynaecological health programme for secondary schools. Trained Year 12 and 13 Lady Garden Reps deliver ready-made assemblies to younger year groups on the HPV vaccine, the five gynae cancers and cervical screening, and run awareness and fundraising events across the year. Teachers get free lessons for Years 8 to 13, and everything sits in the Lady Garden Education Hub, our online platform.

HOW TO GET STARTED:

  1. Recruit your Reps using the recruitment assembly, brochure and newsletter copy below.

  2. Register your school through our onboarding form. It takes about five minutes, and you’ll need each Rep’s name and school email. [Button: Register your school]

  3. We’ll set up your Education Hub logins and invite you to our introduction call in November.

For safeguarding reasons, we work through schools rather than directly with students, so every school needs a named member of staff to oversee the programme.

11 to 16 schools are welcome too. Staff or Year 11 volunteers can deliver the assemblies.
